Deneka Turney Cain serves as the Oklahoma Public Health Analyst. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a law degree from the University of Oklahoma, as well as a Legal Epidemiology Certificate from Temple University. Her experience includes serving as counsel for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Advocate General and Executive Director of a crisis unit. Geno Stewart serves as the Oklahoma Drug Intelligence Officer and brings 35 years of investigative experience as a criminal investigator, health care fraud investigator and drug intelligence specialist. He previously served as a local police officer, Narcotics Investigator and DEA Special Agent.
