The U.S. Virgin Islands Overdose Response Strategy team brings together public health and public safety expertise to prevent overdoses and strengthen community partnerships. Rodney F. Querrard, USVI Drug Intelligence Officer, brings decades of law enforcement experience, including service as Police Chief and Police Commissioner of the U.S. Virgin Islands and as a DEA Task Force Officer. Talisa Griffith-Simmonds, USVI Public Health Analyst, brings more than a decade of experience in project management, public health initiatives, emergency preparedness and community outreach. Together, they connect partners, share information and support overdose prevention efforts across the territory.
