Isabelle Cisco, Oregon’s Public Health Analyst for the Overdose Response Strategy, partners with the Oregon Health Authority and Oregon‑Idaho HIDTA on overdose prevention efforts. Matt Ferguson, Oregon’s Drug Intelligence Officer and a retired law enforcement Sergeant with 25 years of drug investigation experience, coordinates information sharing across HIDTA initiatives. Together, they strengthen Oregon’s cross‑sector approach to reducing overdose deaths.
